The Small Probability Event Principle and Its Application
Abstract: The small probability event principle is the basic theory of probability and mathematical statistics with the practical application significance, which has the very widespread application in ours daily life. In this article, by analysing and proofing the small probability principle and its inference method, we have illustrated the practical value of the small probability event principle with several examples.
