摘要目的：探讨在护理工作中如何安全使用易过敏抗生素，预防过敏反应的发生。方法：摒弃传统皮试液配制方法；根据医嘱使用同种抗生素，采用自行研制的新方法配制皮试液并根据皮试结果用药。结果：传统方法配制青霉素皮试液平均耗时3分钟。新方法配制任何1种皮试液平均耗时1分钟，操作简单，步骤少，费时少。结论：新方法操作简便，同样适用于非抗生素类的易过敏药物的皮试配制，值得在临床工作中大力推广。

AbstractObjective：To explore how to safely use the sensitive antibiotics in the nursing work，to prevent the occurrence of allergic reaction.Methods：We gave up the traditional preparation methods for skin test liquid.We used the same antibiotic according to doctor’s orders，and used skin test liquid with a new method of preparation，and used drugs according to the results of skin test.Results： The traditional method of penicillin skin test fluid took an average of 3 minutes.New method makes any kind of skin test fluid took an average of 1 minutes， with simple operation， less steps， and less time consuming.Conclusion： New method is simple， which applies to the antibiotic drug allergy skin test configuration， so it is worth promoting in clinical work.

资料与方法
方法：皮试药物的选择：首先摒弃所有β内酰胺类抗生素均用青霉素配制皮试液的传统方法，采取遵照医嘱选用皮试药物的方法，即医嘱药物与皮试药物相对应，医嘱使用何种药物，就用何种药物做皮试。
结果
遵照表1（即传统方法）配制青霉素皮试液，操作繁琐，步骤多，费时多，平均耗时3分钟。
遵照表2（即新方法）配制任何1种皮试液，操作简单，步骤少，费时少，平均耗时1分钟。
讨论
新方法操作流程比传统方法简单；所用步骤比传统方法少，所用时间比传统方法少。传统方法需要3次准确地吸取0.1ml的药液，新方法只需要1次准确地吸取0.1ml的药液，有利于保护护士的视力。
药物过敏反应是异常的免疫反应，其发生与人的过敏体质有关，与所用药物的药理作用及用药剂量无关[4]。新方法配制皮试液就是根据这一原理而来。新方法操作简便，节省时间，保护视力，提高效率，让护士更乐于接受。新方法同样适用于非抗生素类的易过敏药物的皮试配制。新方法值得在临床工作中大力推广。
