寻找性价比较高的，产品能符合集团内物理化学等要求的供应商。将资料给多个供应商报价，将其价格列表比较。与丹麦丹麦设计师沟通，将其要求的产品资料 翻译 后安排确定的工厂打样，工厂的样品提交丹麦设计师处，确认样品及价格。
与服装配套出口欧洲的产品，将确认的样品拍照。照片及价格录入到公司的网上订购系统中，协调服装工厂和辅料工厂的生产问题。例如和印度，孟家拉等地的服装工厂沟通产品型号，价格，交期，付款以及网上订购方式等问题。
直接出口的产品，在公司的SOMA订单系统上录入。安排QC验货，确保产品准时出运。将工厂的出口单据整理提交财务用于安排货款。将付完后的水单给工厂。
核查每月辅料工厂提交的订单统计。下载公司系统内部的各品牌的服装订单，核查对应辅料数量。
在每月底的工作例会中，按照本月的销售情况做总结，并在会议中提出个人的销售意见及建议。会中部门经理及其他同事对意见和建议提出各自的看法。会后针对会议中的多方建议，对最终觉得可行的建议总结并书写相应文件提交部门经理。

Do more communicate between garment factory and trim factory. To avoid mis-understand between this two factory. More like India and Bengal company for lead time, payment and so on.
Each month get sales report from trim factory. And download the order from bestseller order system. To check if all garment order trims from our trim factory.
For each season we support some inspiration samples as designer needed.
After a few time call or write E-MAIL to factory to see if they have some suggestions to us.
