有线电视用户管理系统

本系统是专门为湘潭县有线电视台开发的。利用计算机管理信息处理的迅速、准确、可靠且具有强大存储能力的突出特点，全面提高有线电视收费管理水平和工作效率，为电视台的经营决策的及时转换提供1定的支持。
论文从系统分析、需求分析、概要分析、详细分析到系统实施、系统运行、系统维护等几个方面详细阐述了用户管理系统的开发过程，记录了开发过程中的分析依据和设计思路及相关图表，阐明了主要的设计内容和实施、运行情况，为本系统的使用、升级提供了完备的资料。
电视台用户管理系统涵盖了4个主要的子系统：用户管理系统，信息查询系统，费用催激，系统管理将它们有机地结合起来，提高了工作的准确率和效率。
