1.1 仪器与试剂
Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液配制方法参考文献[23]。
HRP活性测定采用ABTS法[25]。
2 结果与分析
2.1 pH对DES去除效果的影响
2.3 HRP与DES用量之比对DES去除率的影晌
2.4 H2O2浓度对DES去除率的影晌
2.5 DES起始浓度对去除速率的影晌
3 结论
试验得出以下结论：
2）HRP催化H2O2氧化DES的适宜温度为25 ℃。
3）DES去除率随[HRP]0/[DES]0增大而升高。当[HRP]0/[DES]0大于0.5 U/μmol时， DES去除率超过90%。[HRP]0/[DES]0的适宜比值为1.000 U/μmol。
5）DES起始浓度越高，其去除速率越大。以底物DES表示的最大反应速率Vmax和米氏常数Km分别为74.63 mmol/（L・h）和46.75 mmol/L。
