微笑面对学生,拉近与学生的距离,让学生喜欢自己,乐意学习。

在活动中我深有感触,教育要有丰富的理论知识,讲得通俗易懂。我们这些一线教师由于平时忙于教学工作而忽视了理论的学习,有了一次理论充电的机会。明确了我们教师要转变成为研究型的教师、反思型的教师。各个方面的学习,让我更体会到学习的重要性,只有不断的学习,不断的提升,不断加强修养才能胜任教育这项工作。

通过本次活动我突然感到自己身上的压力变大了,要想不被淘汰出局,要想最终成为一名优秀的青年教师,就要更努力地提高自身的业务素质、理论水平、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。而这就需要我付出更多的时间和精力,努力学习各种教育理论,并勇于到课堂上去实践,及时对自己的教育教学进行反思、调控,我相信通过自己的不断努力会有所收获,有所感悟的。

通过活动,我也为自己确定了今后在教学中的努力方向:

1、必须不断地学习。我们常说,教师要给学生杯水,首先自己要有一桶水,而现在仅有一桶水已经不够了,教师要有不断流淌的源头活水,这源头活水来自哪里,这就需要我们老师不断地学习,不断地充电。新课程实施后,对老师的要求越来越高看,要求教师要专业化发展,要学习新课程理论,转变教学观念,改革课堂结构,加强自己的教学基本功训练,特别是语文教师,要不断提高自己的语文素养。而所有这些,都离不开学习,我们要学习新课程理论,要走理论加实践的道路,要让新课程理论来指导我们的教学实践,要把新的理念渗透到所有的教育教学实践中去,做一名新课程理念的忠实践行者。教师要扩大自己的知识面,开阔自己的视野,就要不断地阅读,要博览全书,要坚持阅读名著、阅读经典,让这些名著、经典来启迪我们的思想,陶冶我们的情操,提升我们的语文素养。

2、要转变教学观念,做新课程忠实的实践者。在传统的教学中,教师一直是知识的权威,学生是被动地学习,学生是知识的容器,课堂是教师表演的舞台,教师在讲台上讲的滔滔不绝,而全然不顾学生的感受,现在,需要我们要转变自己的教学观念,要转变自己的角色,教师是学生学习的引导者、合作者,我们要蹲下身子看学生,要平等地跟学生交流,要把课堂还给学生,学生才是课堂的主人。新课程的核心理念是“一切为了学生的发展”,所以,我们不能急功近利,要为学生的终生发展打下坚实的基础,我们要树立新的评价观,促进学生的全面发展,。转变学生的学习方式,要倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。

教师素养提升活动内容丰富,充满了教育智慧,使我们开阔了眼界。做为一名骨干教师培养对象,要不断的加强学习,做一个终身的学习者,要在教学实践中不断地学习,不断地反思,不断地研究,充实自我,要努力提高自身的业务素质、理论水平、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等,以适应社会发展的需要,适应教育改革的步伐。

为促进教师成长,提高幼儿园整体教学水平,20xx年10月15号我园开展教师公开课活动。参加本次公开课的每位教师都做了精心的准备,他们将《指南》健康领域目标渗透到活动环节中,教学方法呈现灵活多样特点;精心准备多种材料;新颖的教学模式;有趣的游戏贯穿整个活动,幼儿对活动表现出浓厚的兴趣、积极的状态,幼儿在快乐的游戏氛围中得到了发展。首先老师们根据这次轮教的要求和本班孩子的年龄特点、结合主题教学选择了自己的活动内容。

10月15号上午第一节活动是大班李紫昭老师的《身体数字大猜谜》。根据数字的特点,独立用身体动作表现一位数,愿意尝试结伴用身体探索多种数字造型,体验用身体表现数字的乐趣。

15号上午第二节是小一班关竹萍老师的体育活动《好玩的报纸》。通过探索报纸的不同玩法,发展幼儿的创造能力和探索能力。体验探索成功的快乐;学习与同伴合作,感受合作的快乐,培养幼儿的合作精神。在活动中,每位宝贝都能够大胆表现自己的玩法,也能够在安全的前提下探索自己的新玩法。

15号下午的第一节活动是中二班宋迎新老师的《我和椅子做游戏》。通过与椅子玩游戏,发展幼儿的平衡,跳跃能力,提高动作的协调性和灵敏性;培养幼儿克服困难的精神以及同伴合作的意识和能力。

16号上午第一节是小一班原晋娜老师的《小蜗牛爬爬爬》,活动中孩子们能够按照老师指令要求遵守游戏规则,并且学习双手双膝着地向前爬的动作。

16号上午第二节是小二班张雅丽老师的《袋鼠跳》,幼儿练习行进走、攀爬与跳跃发展动作协调能力,提高反应能力和控制能力,感知游戏的快乐。

16号下午是中一班张雅枫老师的《护送蛋宝宝》。孩子们通过闯关完成任务:第一次闯关孩子们空手进行;第二次手握替身蛋;第三次手握真鸡蛋,整节课宝贝们跟着老师进行户外,第三次手握鸡蛋闯关,我们的孩子们把蛋宝宝藏到怀中,保护的非常好,顺利、灵活的完成了护送蛋宝宝任务,为我们点赞吧。

17号上午第一节活动是小三班李玉玲老师和宝贝们一起做玩游戏《好玩的呼啦圈》,探索呼啦圈的多种玩法,体验玩圈的乐趣,同时发展幼儿的双脚前行进跳和双腿分开跳跃的能力,培养幼儿的合作意识。

17号上午第二节是中三班张俊燕老师的《肚子里有个小火车》。通过阅读绘本故事,让小朋友们了解饮食习惯的好处,而且平时不挑食,保证水果、蔬菜、肉、蛋、奶都均衡,这样才能健康成长。

17号下午是小二班梁俊花老师的《小兔子运水果》,幼儿在跳跃中,能控制自己的身体,锻炼跳跃能力,并且喜欢参加体育活动,感受运动游戏的快乐。

18号上午第一节是中一班王娜老师的《小猴子本领大》,幼儿通过情景创设学习侧面钻的动作,能侧面钻过不同障碍,增强动作灵活性,身体体能得到发展。

18号下午是中三班郭慧君老师的《过伞关》,郭老师结合主题设定课程,孩子们在和雨伞玩的过程中增强幼儿大小肌肉的协调性,锻炼幼儿跳,跨,投和匍匐爬的综合能力。孩子们勇于接收挑战,能遵守游戏规则,在伞不落地的情况下坚持完成各项运动。

19号上午第一节活动是大班张莹老师的《神奇的布袋》。活动的目标是1、了解布袋的不同玩法及游戏规则。2.能够与同伴合作,东西协调地进行游戏。3.体验布袋游戏带来的乐趣。

19号上午第二节是小三班郭晓峰老师的《身体总动员》,郭老师创设了运输食物的情景,让孩子们通过小桥、跳圈等关卡完成任务,孩子们还把运输回家的食物分享给了听课的老师们,一起感受快乐。

每听完一节活动,老师们都要针对活动进行评课,评课是一种最直接、最具体、最经常也是最有效的研究提高课堂教学质量的方法和手段。听评课是教师互相学习、切磋教艺、研究教学的重要措施。

听评课也是教研活动,它在教学实践和教学理论之间架起一座桥梁。它既是一个验证理论,指导实践的过程,也是一个实践操作、升华为理论的过程。在听评课中可以学习吸收大量的教学理论、经验和先进的教改信息,在执教中去运用。也可把自己的经验总结概括形成理论。如此循环反复,教师的教学业务素质必然会有很大的提高。

听评课对开阔教师的视野,激励他们上进,发展他们的教学能力,有着极其重要的作用,能引导教师走教学能力螺旋式上升的道路。

在评课时,老师们对课做出综合分析。分析过程中,在肯定优点的基础上,重点分析问题。要对教师钻研教材、了解幼儿、选择教法、教学程序的设计诸方面做一分析,分析产生问题的原因。最后提出具体改进的意见。这是一个“诊──断──治”的过程。

一周的轮教活动结束了,但是老师们学习、提升的脚步不会停止,我们会以《指南》为引领,结合幼儿的年龄特点来设计一日活动,让游戏点亮快乐童年。

为了进入xx知名小学,由名师或特级教师引领,走进优秀教师的课堂,进行教育理念、教学风格与有效教学的交流研讨与深度跟岗学习。浸润于xx知名小学,观摩、体验学校班级管理特色和校园文化建设特色等。提升自身的教育教学能力。我作为广州市基础教育系统“百千万人才培养工程”小学名教师培养对象,奔赴xxxx区实验小学进行跟岗学习培训。此次跟岗学习活动收获颇丰。

虽然我们到达xx已经是凌晨了,但是第二天我们一大早就赶到xx区实验小学。在此次跟岗的学习活动中我们一共听了课例5节,听了专家的讲座和课例分析,参与了评课议课。21号上午,我们的导师给我们做了学校成长和校本科研的视频,现场解决了我们的困惑和疑问。让我们了解到学校科组的教研可以这样开展。下午我们观摩了两节整体单元设计的课例。感动于学校的校园文化,感动于学生英语水平和教师水平以及教师的敬业精神。我们看到的.是老师们务实的教学和对学生无微不至的关注,老师们对教学手段和教材的研究和探讨,xx区实验小学英语老师的团队精神,从集体备课和教学设计,到上出一堂堂示范课或讲座,无不显示着老师的智慧和用心。看着孩子们精彩的表现,听着孩子们纯正流利的英语,在无数个一霎那,我被眼前的老师们和孩子折服了,xx区实验小学的老师和孩子们,你们真棒!我从你们这里学到了许多。这些天的辛苦都是值得的。看着他们发给我们的整体教学设计和听着他们精彩的示范课,在那一霎那,我感动了,我相信,里面的每个单词,每个句子,甚至每个标点符号,都是经过深思熟虑后才敲打进去的。老师的每一个环节都是经过精心设计的。

在本次的培训活动我们大部分时间是听课学习,给我印象最深的是孩子们能用英语流利的表达自己的想法,孩子的知识面很广,说起这次培训,对我来说无疑是场洗礼,虽然我一直从事高年段的教学,但是我却没能像他们老师那样将知识拓展的如此宽,并提供如此多的素材和文本供孩子学习。这可能就是团体的力量和智慧吧!

1、在知识的教授上,老师不再一味地去教,而是通过感知的培养,经过一系列的活动,利用录音和视频,培养学生的学习策略,并当堂让学生体验学习策略,让学生自己去学,把大部分时间给孩子说英语,用英语,教师只是组织者。

2、从教学内容上看,经过了整个英语科组的单元设计,进行单元和其他资源的整合,使得内容上比较容易和简单的课文内容提高一大步,更符合学生的英语水平了!学生也不会觉得无聊了,而是激情澎湃地用流利的英语诉说着各自的愿望和幻想,每节课都成了一个“思维碰撞”的课堂。

3、从课堂组织的活动上看,老师们运用的方法有很多,比如利用关键词让学生说出完整的句子,同学间小对话,看图说话,看着关键词说话等,这些活动设计合理,难度符合孩子的外语水平和实际情况,激发了孩子的兴趣。

4、从每次的评课中,我更是感慨于他们团队的凝聚力和他们对专业孜孜不倦的畚斗和追求。让我对单元整体教学设计有了进一步的认识,使得我们对以后的单元设计的具体步骤有了明确的指引。我也深刻体会到团队的力量。

1、这次教师课堂教学展示活动,以“倡导自主合作探究学习,提升教师综合教育能力,提高课堂教学效益”为主题。在课堂教学中,尊重学生的主体作用,积极践行“以学生发展为本”的新课程理念,如王刚老师在课堂教学中,注重学生学习方法的引导,体现了知识、能力、智力的协调发展,课堂以训练为主线,技能在训练中掌握,能力在训练中形成,智力在训练中发展。

2、知识与能力,方法与过程,情感态度与价值观三维目标在教学中明显体现,积极引导学生自主合作学习。在听课中,我们明显地看到了教师善于创设情景,创造一个平等、民主的氛围,教师自觉放下架子,把微笑带进课堂,把鼓励带进课堂,把情趣带进课堂,让学生在民主和谐的气氛中,心灵得到自由,行动得到自由。教师的劳动不再是燃烧的蜡烛,照亮别人,毁灭自己,而是分享学生成长的喜悦,是自我价值的体现。如陈娜老师执教的三年级语文,充分引导学生合作学习,自主学习,提出问题,解决问题。

3、充分挖掘教学资源,努力提高课堂教学水平。教学手段的现代化已成为当前实施创新教学、素质教育的一个重要问题。通过本次活动,极大的促进了教师利用优质教学资源的积极性、主动性。如聂自成老师,抓住重点语段,朗读、品读、感悟,加深对课文的理解。王会芳老师执教的六年级语文,备课细致,深入钻研教材,引导得法,找准阅读与写作的突破口和衔接点,语言表达精炼准确,体现了较为扎实的语文素养和语文功底。

4、常规课堂基础知识扎实,学生的基本能力训练较好的体现。教师何利鹏、陈玲、牛随芳自制教具、学具,课前准备充分,课堂教学实在。

5、学科教学特色初步展现,学生整体水平明显提高。语文课学生的有感情朗读,数学课学生算理推导均有明显提高。

1、新课程理念与优秀的传统教学方法不能很好的做到有机融合在一起。小组合作学习,无疑是值得提倡的,但是,指导不到位,效果不佳。

2、教学中,须弱化教材、教师的权威性,克服教师中心言说者地位,应追求一种主体间的平等对话,让教师真正成为“平等中的首席”,为学生留下足够的学习空间。重视教师的导的作用。

3、课堂上要关注大多数学生,关心学困生,以使整体提高。
