在一次游戏活动中,为了锻炼幼儿的动手能力,认识身体的各个部位,我让幼儿用橡皮泥捏一个小娃娃。本次活动是巩固泥工技能的一次活动,主要是继续巩固学习团圆、搓长、压平;在活动的准备方面,除了提供幼儿都所熟悉的橡皮泥、泥工板之外,还提供了牙签让幼儿自选使用。

对于此次活动的开展我有以下几点反思:

1.幼儿泥工基本技能掌握较好。

幼儿都能正确对泥进行团圆、搓长、压平,能根据常识对人的'构造进行泥塑。有些幼儿还能根据泥的大小选择不同手位进行泥塑。如进行头部的泥塑时,由于泥比较多,幼儿都会把泥放置于手心,然后进行团圆;而进行眼睛部位的泥塑时,由于泥比较少,有些幼儿就能自觉变换思维,将泥放在大拇指与食指间进行团圆,这样就使团圆出来的圆更细致。

2.注重培养幼儿的合作行为。

中班是培养幼儿合作行为的时期。因此,我有意识地培养幼儿的合作意识。在泥工操作方面,由于活动所使用的橡皮泥都是单色的,这必将会影响幼儿对作品的创作。所以,我在活动中就引导幼儿能将橡皮泥与旁边的幼儿互换颜色使用。这样一来既节省了材料,方便幼儿收拾,使得作品更美观,另一方面是为幼儿的边学边玩边交流提供一个更好的机会,更主要的是有意识的培养幼儿的合作、分享行为。

3.改进之处

不过,我在活动的开展过程中仍发现一些问题:大多数幼儿对脸部五官比例的塑造不够明确,团圆大的泥时也不够均匀,作品完成情况还不错,但还是比较粗糙。

5、总结

对今天的活动我有下面两点总结:一是在今后的活动中,应该提出更明确的要求,更加强调作品的细节,提高作品的质量;二是让幼儿有更多的时间对橡皮泥进行操作,使幼儿对其操作有更多的熟悉度。

二、自由玩瓶

(这一环节能充分发挥幼儿的想象力,让幼儿说说大家把瓶子放在一起像什么,

这一节课是以废旧材料作为道具,通过让幼儿玩饮料瓶来提高幼儿进行废物利用的兴趣,鼓励一物多玩,激发幼儿玩瓶活动中的创造性。学习与同伴商量合作玩的方法。本次活动的的教学设计是让幼儿利用好废旧物品大胆地玩起来,发展创造性思维。

玩是幼儿的天性,幼儿在这节课中还是比较感兴趣的,都能够大胆的创想,在课的开始部分积极主动的跟着老师一起完成了上课的热身准备活动,基本部分一开始让幼儿自由玩饮料瓶,孩子们一下子就进入了角色,大胆的发挥想象玩出了很多种不一样的玩法。其中一个环节是让幼儿小组合作玩瓶,主要是让幼儿学习与同伴商量合作玩,这一部分也是本次活动的一个难点,大部分的幼儿能很快的和同伴进行合作,但有个别幼儿还不太懂得与同伴合作,仍然沉浸在独自玩瓶的环节中。最后设计的游戏活动,让幼儿通过游戏对整个活动的巩固,更体现出了“教、学、练”。从整节课的掌握情况来看,幼儿还是十分喜欢这种练习方式,从课的开始到结束,几乎每个人都沉浸在一种积极学习的氛围中,也乐于参加各种教学实践活动,并敢于在活动中表现自我。

这节课上下来,我发现这节课还有许多的不足之处,如:幼儿与幼儿之间的距离靠得比较近,在进行练习的时候活动的空间不够大,因为这是一次全镇的教学观摩活动,来到的教师很多,孩子们都特别想表现自己都往我的身边挤,以至于在重点教学绕“s”型跑的时候显得有些拥挤,如果在摆放障碍物(瓶子)的时候是按面对我的方向竖着摆放那就能很自然的将孩子们分在障碍物的两边,这样孩子们就能有更多的空间进行练习也能让来观摩的老师把这个环节看得更清楚。
