为进一步落实区教育局《关于开展中小学教师读书活动的通知》的精神,根据学校的安排,为提高我校广大教师的整体素质,加强教师队伍建设,更好地适应新课程改革,有效地完成教师阅读书目,我校积极开展读书活动。以下是对我校读书活动开展情况的总结:

首先建立教师读书活动领导小组,由熊国金校长任组长,各年级组主任任副组长。确定具体负责的领导。成立有领导牵头的读书学习活动小组,每小组在组长的带领下,认真学习、讨论、交流,并及时足量写出读书笔记。

学校读书活动,建立了教师读书活动学习制度,提出了读书宣传口号,采取切实可行的措施。在读书活动中,把表现突出的教师进行奖励,号召大家向他们学习,为了更好的督促教师完成读书任务。领导小组负责人定期检查教师的自学笔记,对教师自学情况作以评定,并且作为常规检查的重要内容。

根据区教育局的工作安排,我校制定了详实可行的读书活动方案,按照活动方案,我校迅速地开展了读书活动的动员工作。召开了读书学习活动主题大会、主题黑板报、制作格言、名人名言壁画等,多渠道、深层次在全体教师中宣传读书、学习的重要意义,通过强势宣传营造文化氛围,提高教师的思想认识,为深入落实读书方案的各项活动奠定了坚实的基础。

读书活动是校本培训的有机组成部分。我校以此次读书活动为契机,将读书活动与校本培训有机结合起来,实现读书与培训的双赢效应。主管校本培训的领导定期与不定期抽查教师的读书笔记、检查结果与集中学习记录填入校本培训记录中,实现集中学习及学习交流活动与校本培训时间科学统一。

1、确立阅读书目。本学期阅读书目包括市教育局发放的《给教师的100条建议》、《教师人文读本》等25本教师必读书目,另外包括《做最好的老师》等自购数目。

2、深研细读。教师要紧密结合自己的教育教学实践,及时到图书室或阅览室借阅规定的书目和刊物,勤学善思,精读细读。

3、读写结合。发扬不动笔墨不读书的读书精神,提倡将读书摘要和读书感悟结合起来,也可以对所读内容写出读书心得(1000字/周),确切保证读书活动的质量。

4、交流研讨。分学期分阶段读书活动小组进行学习交流,领导做好带头,教师和学习

(1)学校成立读书活动领导小组,指导和协调学校读书计划的实施,加强对师生读书活动的指导,并将“阅读活动”纳入学校的课程计划,开设阅读课,使师生读书活动成为学校特色发展的基础工程。

(2)在教学楼走廊的墙壁上张贴宣传读书的标语。每个教室的黑板报宣传读书的重要性,介绍读书的方法。各个教室开辟富有特色的读书心得交流栏,学校宣传栏也定期更换读书方法指导。

(3)开学典礼上向全校师生发出读书的倡议,利用教师例会、国旗下讲话向全校师生宣讲读书的意义,并提出读书要求:第一、要多读书,即博览群书,手不释卷;第二、要读好书,读名家名人,读名作名篇;第三、要善读书,读书要讲究方法,“不动笔墨不读书”。

(1)学校每天开设一节阅读课,午间休息时间为学生读书时间,教师要严格控制作业量,为学生创设一个宽松的阅读环境,以保证学生每天一小时的读书时间,轮到到阅览室阅览的教室,语文老师要到场指导。学校时常督查,作为对语文老师考核的一项依据。

第三,做一个善于反省的人。“中国文化中有一个词是反省,荀子曰:君子日三省乎己。长期以来,我们的教学,包括我们的学生,包括我们教师自己,对自己的长处和短处其实自身都有较全面的认识,但是真正会去反思还比较少。对于教师来说,反思是一个积极的思维活动过程,同时也是积极的行为改进过程;让教师自己承担起学习和能力提高的责任,在整个学习过程中教师具有学习的主动权和自主权。

第四,新课改下,要转变班级的管理理念和方式。新课改一个鲜明的特点是:由以前关注学生所学的“知识”到现在关注学知识的“学生”。这种关注点的转移以及“学生中心理念”的确立,使教学领域的改革取得了较大成效。然而,班级管理改革却相对滞后,一些不科学、忽视学生“自主性”、限制学生积极性的管理方式依然存在。滞后的班级管理改革制约着新课改的整体推进,因此班主任必须要按照新课改的要求彻底转变班级管理理念和方式。

第五,要摆正位置为学生的服务,应该以平等的人格对待学生。服务的好坏要学生来评价。教师还要提高服务手技能和态度,把学生作为服务的对象,要理解学生,站在学生的立场上去看问题,这样才能更好的'为学生服务。在为学生服务的过程中,我们有好的心态,学生就会心存感激。当学生学会感激之后,才会醒悟,才会更好的回报教师。
