微笑面对学生,拉近与学生的距离,让学生喜欢自己,乐意学习。

在活动中我深有感触,教育要有丰富的理论知识,讲得通俗易懂。我们这些一线教师由于平时忙于教学工作而忽视了理论的学习,有了一次理论充电的机会。明确了我们教师要转变成为研究型的教师、反思型的教师。各个方面的学习,让我更体会到学习的重要性,只有不断的学习,不断的提升,不断加强修养才能胜任教育这项工作。

通过本次活动我突然感到自己身上的压力变大了,要想不被淘汰出局,要想最终成为一名优秀的青年教师,就要更努力地提高自身的业务素质、理论水平、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。而这就需要我付出更多的时间和精力,努力学习各种教育理论,并勇于到课堂上去实践,及时对自己的教育教学进行反思、调控,我相信通过自己的不断努力会有所收获,有所感悟的。

通过活动,我也为自己确定了今后在教学中的努力方向:

1、必须不断地学习。我们常说,教师要给学生杯水,首先自己要有一桶水,而现在仅有一桶水已经不够了,教师要有不断流淌的源头活水,这源头活水来自哪里,这就需要我们老师不断地学习,不断地充电。新课程实施后,对老师的要求越来越高看,要求教师要专业化发展,要学习新课程理论,转变教学观念,改革课堂结构,加强自己的教学基本功训练,特别是语文教师,要不断提高自己的语文素养。而所有这些,都离不开学习,我们要学习新课程理论,要走理论加实践的道路,要让新课程理论来指导我们的教学实践,要把新的理念渗透到所有的教育教学实践中去,做一名新课程理念的忠实践行者。教师要扩大自己的知识面,开阔自己的视野,就要不断地阅读,要博览全书,要坚持阅读名著、阅读经典,让这些名著、经典来启迪我们的思想,陶冶我们的情操,提升我们的语文素养。

以提高教师专业能力为主线,开展基于岗位、基于课堂、基于问题、基于教师发展需求的学习与研究,全面深化校本研修,着力提高教师教书育人的能力,真抓实练,凸显大练兵的时效性,努力为新课程改革服务,为促进学生的全面发展服务,为办好人民满意的教育提供优质的师资保障。

1、依据文件精神制定本学年岗位练兵工作计划

结合我校实际情况形成教师岗位大练兵实施方案,制定我校教师岗位练兵工作计划。做到计划周密,安排得当。

2、加强理论学习,领会精神实质

组织我校教师深入学习了在岗位练兵工作布署会议上的讲话,领会精神实质,明确目标与任务。为我校开展教师全员岗位大练兵做好准备。

3、加大岗位练兵工作力度,力争突出成效

教师岗位大练兵是我校教育改革与发展的客观需要,是校本研修工作的延续和深化,是教师队伍建设的重要内容,教师必须人人参与。新教师侧重职业基本技能的训练,具有一定教学实践经验的教师侧重新课程教学策略与方法的应用,名优骨干教师侧重教育思想、教育智慧和教学风格的培养与提升,使不同层次的教师都有不同程度的提高,促进教师专业发展。

结合我校实际,制定练兵的内容,采取分步实施,分模块达标的原则。大练兵的主战场离不开课堂教学,离不开学年组与学科组,我校充分利用有效的研修方式开展练兵活动。

1、强化基本技能训练,让教师练就扎实基本功

教师的一般基本功训练,包括三笔字、简笔画、普通话、教具制作、口头说与书面表达等。这些主要采取自学自练的形式反复练习,养成习惯。为切实提高教师基本功,使其具有过硬的基本技能,我们每周安排教师书写一板粉笔字,每周书写一篇钢笔字,每周绘画一张简笔画,使教师练就了扎实的基本功。

2、以课堂教学为突破口,提高教学技能

课堂教学大练兵是岗位练兵活动的重点,学校始终以课堂教学的改革与创新为着力点,结合青年教师汇报课、骨干教师示范课,进一步组织全体教师人人上一节公开课,全面促进教师提高课堂教学水平和效率。

3、实施教育科研大练兵,提升教师的科研能力

学校坚持以教育科研为先导,牢固树立科研理念,要求:每个教师书面分析一个典型教学案例,命一份学科检测试题,写一篇与所任学科有关的教学论文,当一次集体备课的中心发言人,写一份高质量的教学反思。

为了全面实施素质教育,进一步全面提高教师素质,根据瑞安市教育局《20xx年“教师素质年”活动实施方案》(瑞教【20xx】305号)文件精神,深入开展“教师素质年”活动,以校本培训为主要途径,以师德提升为出发点,以教师专业素质发展为目标,本着“面向全员、突出骨干、注重实效”的原则,全面开展“教师素质年”活动。现将一年来的工作总结如下:

1、平时加强教师礼仪规范建设,促进教师.体师德水平提升。学校制定了《教职工礼仪规范》,在检查中不断得到落实,平时逢会必讲师德,学习上级有关师德文件,严格执行,一发现有悖于师德的言行,马上禁止和进行教育。我校教师的良好形象得到了社会和广大家长的认可。

2、认真开展一年一度的师德专题培训。于8月26日至30日开展了20xx年师德专题培训,8月26日上午先召开了动员大会,随后林校长就《如何当好新时代的教师》进行了专题报告,8月27日林秀燕老师就《做个拥有阳光心态的幸福教师》进行了专题报告,8月28日上午,观看了陈钱林校长等6位教师的师德录像报告,8月26、27、28日下午,分四个小组就上午的报告进行了讨论;8月29日至30日上午,分散学习温州市教育局《关于学习贯彻〈中小学教师职业道德规范(20xx年修订)〉》(瑞教政〔20xx〕104号)的'通知、温州市教育局《关于全力推进素质教育的意见》(温教发[20xx]66号)的文件;8月30日进行了师德学习考试和总结。每位教师在培训期间,都能做到有始有终,认真摘记笔记、写出心得,逐步建立自己心目中的新时代师德标准,将进一步大力弘扬“敬业、爱生、奉献”精神,不断增强教书育人、以身立教的社会责任感。

3、根据瑞教政「20xx」14号文件精神,结合我校实际,制订了《瑞安市锦湖实验小学教师职道德考核实施方案》,并于5月份对考核对象的教师进行师德考核,能比较客观了解我校教师的师德状况,作为对教师进行总体评价提供一个重要的依据。

1、大力投入,为教师创造优雅的读书环境。根据市教育局提出的“读好书,促发展,做让人民满意的教师”的要求,建设了瑞安市第一个书吧式教师阅览室,并大量购置教育专著、教学用书、报刊杂志等书籍,为教师读书与交流创造了优雅舒适的环境。

2、精读细研,形式多样,注重实效。本年度教师必读《给教师一百个建议》和选读两本与学科教学的教育专著,要求对书中重要论述、精华部分认真做好笔记,写下自己的感悟和反思。学校组织了两次全体教师读书经验交流会和一次读书演讲比赛,各教研组每学期开展了一次读书沙龙活动。学校现已着手准备每学期一期的教师类校刊,并确定一个为教师读书专栏。真正使读书成为我校教师的一种时尚、一种风气,成为我校提升教师素质的一个亮点。

学校于今年4月投入3万多元建立学校网站,并设立“教育博客”栏目,要求教师建立博客后与学校网站的“教育博客”栏目进行链接,便于教师的交流和资源共享,便于学校对教师博客的检查和评比。目前已有30位教师的博客与学校网站的“教育博客”栏目进行链接,大部分教师都能按要求撰写博客日志。

1、结合“教师素质年”活动,积极开展读书系列活动和教师博客开设活动。

2、以引领为方向.的..,搭建专业成长的平台。

(1)、专家引领。开展了“青年教师教学展示周”和“今天我开课”活动,并请来市教研室黄永敏老师、教师进修学谢余清老师、市内学科名师钱明荣、胡立盛、林佚等教师来我校做指导,有效地促进了我校教师的课堂专业化水平的提高。

(2)、主题教研。一年来我校的语文、数学两个教研组分别确立了主题进行教学研讨,使教研活动更切实、更有效。并进行“一课多磨”制,让执教者与参与者充分经历磨课的过程,让过程成为成长、收获的舞台。

(3)、倡导反思。我校非常.本文.由方的注重教师的自主反思,形成勤于思考的教学习惯。我们要求教师在课堂教学之后能及时捕捉自己的教学灵感,及时记录,以免灵感的丢失,要把自己的思考结果写成教学日记、教学随笔、教学评论、教学一得、教学小结等多形式,作为进一步思考与研究的原始素材。

(4)、实行“听推门课”制度。为了关注教师课堂教学,本年度我校实行了“听推门课”制度,成立听课小组,听课小组成员每周听2至3节课,听课后都能和上课教师进行交流,共同解决课堂教学中存在的困惑,共同成长。我校将继续实行“听推门课”制度,作为提高教师课堂教学效率重要途径之一。

(5)、开展系列教师教学基本功竞赛活动。我校每学期开展一次教师教学基本功竞赛活动,作为检阅教师教学基本功水平的重要手段之一,并从中发现问题,从而.取有效措施,促进教师教学基本功水平的提升,本年度开展了现场写教案和出卷比赛。

9月份已对全体教师的师德、教学论文发表、论文获奖、教学技能竞赛、课题研究、课堂实践、专题研究、师徒结对方面进行学分核定,全部教师都能按规定达到16学分以上。

要求两位刚从大学院校毕业的新教师针对考核内容三字、三课、三项平时加强训练和实践,迎接两年后的考核。我校14位中老年教师,上年度4位教师通过基本功升级考核,本年度又有3位教师通过了基本功升级考核。

本学期,我校组织了“三研”即研究课标,研究教材,研究学生的系列活动。各个学科的教师们都认真对待,精心准备。我们英语组虽然人少,但是也没有松懈对自己的要求,高质量完成了各项任务。作为一名青年教师,我深知自己经验不足,更是在备课,说课,做课,评课各个环节中做足了功课。忙碌中感觉充实,辛苦中留下回味,这一活动对我个人的成长有极大的促进作用。

现将近阶段的工作小结如下:

新课程标准的基本理念是面向全体学生,注重素质教育、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异、采用活动途径,倡导体验参与、注重过程评价,促进学生发展、开发课程资源,拓展学用渠道。基于以上理论,我在备课的时候经过多次的稿件润色、修改,之后又请师父指导,终于完成六年级英语上册第14课的教学设计。

教师的经验和能力是在教学实践中形成的,课题研究应该成为教师成长的重要途径,只有当科研和教学一体化运作时,才能真正实现教师的专业成长。因此在完成教学设计之后,我做了一节实践课,同时由师傅参与听课、评课,并给出中肯建议。

2、活动对象:学校全体女教师。

(一)学校领导组织女教师学习国家计划生育新放开的二胎政策,以便适应新形式,新要求。

20xx年xx月xx日,全面二孩将于20xx年xx月xx日起正式实施。这就意味着,20xx年元旦以后出生的二孩,都是合法的。按修正案中规定,生育一孩或两孩的夫妻均可获得延长生育假的奖励。

20xx年xx月xx日,草案中明确,全国统一实施全面两孩政策,提倡一对夫妻生育两个子女。草案提出,本修正案自20xx年xx月xx日起施行,也就意味着全面两孩元旦施行

(二)个人竞赛。

1、跳绳比赛。

(1)游戏规则:每位参赛女教师的跳绳时间为1分钟,跳绳过程中可以停顿,以一分钟结束时的总次数为个人的最后成绩,跳绳总次数最多的前三名参赛女教师按名次获得相应奖品。

(2)活动道具:短绳、秒表。

(3)活动地点:学校操场。

2、瞎击鼓。

(1)游戏规则:鼓与参赛女教师距离10米,参赛教师拿着鼓锤蒙上眼睛后,原地转3圈,然后走出去击鼓(一旁观看的教师可对蒙面教师进行语言提示或者语言捣乱),3分钟之内击到鼓的教师可获得精美礼品一份。(注:手先碰到鼓或桌子再敲鼓则算违例)

(2)活动道具:桌子、大鼓、击鼓棒、眼罩。

(3)活动地点:学校操场。

(三)团体竞赛。

分组:学校9名女教师通过抽签分为3人一组,共3组进行比赛。

1、3人4足。

(1)游戏规则:三个人一组,将相邻的两条腿捆绑在一起,绑绳的位置不能高于膝盖部分,也不能低于脚裸,在游戏过程中如果绳子脱落,就要停留在那里把绳子绑好才能再出发,比赛从起点处开始出发,至对面标志处折回,返至起点处,以完成时间长短进行排名,时间最短的一组共三名教师可获得相应的奖品。

(2)活动道具:绳子、秒表。

(3)活动地点:学校操场。

2、心有灵犀。

(1)游戏规则:幻灯片出示成语,每一组派一名教师通过肢体表演的形式(不能说话)表达出该成语,让背对幻灯片的两名教师来猜,在五分钟内猜对成语最多的那组获胜,可获得相应奖品。

(2)活动道具:成语、幻灯片、秒表。

(3)活动地点:多媒体教室。
