ABSTRACT
The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinapointed out that the current situation of the anti-corruption struggle in China is still severe andcomplicated. It is necessary to adhere to an all-round, zero-tolerance attitude and toconsolidate the overwhelming situation and win overwhelming victory. Under the newsituation of the anti-corruption struggle, how to use the Internet as an important platform toeffectively prevent and punish corruption, improve the network anti-corruption system, andcontinuously push forward Chinas anti-corruption struggle to a deeper level has become anurgent issue facing us. The continuous development of network information technology hasmade the network a weapon for anti-corruption. However, due to the virtual and anonymity ofthe network itself, the moral quality of netizens needs to be improved, and the networkanti-corruption legal system is incomplete, which has brought some negative impacts onanti-corruption work. This paper analyzes the characteristics, development process and statusquo of network anti-corruption, and analyzes the cases of network anti-corruption successcases and disputed cases, extending the predicament of network anti-corruption, such as theprivacy of citizens is easily violated, and the information on the network is authentic. It isdifficult to distinguish, and it is easy to disclose the case, which makes it difficult to handlecases, the Internet users are easy to be emotional, the anti-corruption interaction between thegovernment and the people is not strong, and the legal system is lacking. In view of thepredicament, the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of networkanti-corruption development under the new situation, strengthens moral education, advocatesrational anti-corruption, optimizes the rule of law environment, promotes the rule of lawagainst corruption, enhances the interaction between government and the people, andimproves the benign network anti-corruption mechanism; public opinion monitoring andjudgment, construction Network anti-corruption early warning and disposal mechanism;strengthen network security and build an information security network anti-corruptionenvironment. Network anti-corruption is an effective supplement to Chinas traditionalanti-corruption and an important weapon in Chinas anti-corruption struggle. I hope that theresearch in this paper can provide certain practical significance and reference value for thein-depth anti-corruption struggle.
