Property management has always been an important issue in urban management.
The core is the provision of public goods and public services within the community. Asa new form of urban management, property management has become an important partof the modernization of urban management and governance capabilities. As a new typeof service industry, property management has experienced an evolution from disorderlydisorder to ordered and standardized forms, and the degree of standardization of theproperty market has been increasing. Since many researches are now based on thesubjects involved in property management and then form a certain research perspective,this paper will explain the internal qualities of property management for a deeper levelof research, especially from the perspective of property management methods,government intervention, and property management. Management analyzes the intrinsiccharacteristics of property management in three aspects: the promotion effect of urbanmanagement capabilities. At the same time, property management process setting,system standards, intervention criteria, management performance need to be matchedwith the requirements of market private legal private rights, and the freedom of propertyowners is guaranteed, and the management boundary needs to be incorporated into thelimited control of the rule of law. This article will be based on the perspective of the new public management theory,to promote Suqian property management as the main line, learn from the successfulexperience of property management in other cities at home and abroad, according to theresearch background - theoretical research - realistic research - path research contextlayer Progressively, we will focus on issues related to property management in SuqianCity in order to be able to analyze in depth the issues related to the reform of theproperty management mechanism. The study found that with the development ofeconomy and society in Suqian City, property management plays an increasinglyimportant role in the social life in Suqian. Suqian Municipal Government attaches greatimportance to it and has introduced a series of property management methods. Theproperty management of Suqian City is The socio-economic life of Suqian City hasbecome more and more adaptable. However, due to problems such as the low level ofmanagers and the lack of specificity in the formulation of property policies, Suqian Citys property management problems include the low quality of practitioners and thesmall size of property companies. Therefore, Suqian City needs to start with improvingits management system to deal with the problems faced by property management, andhopes that the research in this paper can provide some experience for propertymanagement practices.
